What we collect, and why.

The short version: we only ask for what we need to build your designs and get back to you. We don't sell it.

The free designs form

Your name, business name, what you do, where you work, phone, email, and any links, logo, or photos you send. We use them to build your three designs, set up your DIVE page, and reach you by phone or email about them. Your name, photos, and phone stay yours and are never sold or shared.

"Have us call you"

Your name, phone number, and anything you tell us you want to talk about, so the right person can call you back.

Kassie chat

Kassie is DIVE's AI assistant. When you chat with her, the conversation is saved for 180 days so DIVE can answer your questions and follow up, then it's deleted. Chats aren't sold. Her replies are written by an AI service that DIVE uses for this; it gets the conversation only to answer it. We don't save your IP address with your chat. If you ask Kassie to start your free designs or to have someone call you, the details you give her go to DIVE the same way the forms on this site do.

Keeping out spam

To stop automated spam, our forms and chat may check that you're a person (Cloudflare Turnstile) and count requests from the same connection for a short time, using a one-way scrambled code rather than your address.
